Catch a Plane Gear Boxes: Jetpacks, Parachutes and Gravity Wings
The equipment layer in Catch a Plane — what gear boxes contain, how jetpacks, parachutes and Gravity Wings change flights, and how the collection fits your progression.
Beyond the grip-and-glove loop, Catch a Plane! runs an equipment collection — gear boxes that hand out the toys that change how flights actually play. Here is what the boxes hold and how the gear fits.
What Gear Boxes Contain
The community-verified equipment so far: jetpacks, parachutes and Gravity Wings. Each occupies the flight in a different way — jetpacks for powered movement, parachutes for controlled descent when the grip fails, Gravity Wings for the aerial style the base game does not give you. They are part of the game's collection track as you work toward longer flights: more boxes, more equipment, more ways to fly.
How Gear Changes a Run
Grip and gloves decide whether you hang on; gear decides what happens when you do not. A parachute turns a dropped grip from a restart into a recoverable descent; a jetpack changes the mid-flight geometry entirely; Gravity Wings turn the sky into your play space. The collection is the game's personality layer — two players with identical grip stats fly completely differently with different gear.
Collecting Efficiently
Gear flows from play: boxes arrive as you progress through attempts and finishes (trophies from reaching the finish line feed the economy). The efficient loop is the same one the grip and gloves guide builds: alternate your stat upgrades, finish flights consistently, and let the box drops accumulate — the collection is a marathon layer on top of a sprint-sized core loop.
The Honest State of the List
This page lists what the community has verified from boxes so far — jetpacks, parachutes, Gravity Wings — and nothing invented. The game is early in its run and the equipment pool is likely growing with updates; new verified gear lands here within 48 hours of discovery. Start with the codes for free rewards, and let the boxes dress the flight.
